3.1 Talent Pool & NHS Placements

As part of Emeritus 2.0, we act as a talent pool for NHS organisations seeking to employ temporary staff directly. We process your personal data to:
Maintain a list of available clinicians for NHS placements.
Complete workplace pre-screening checks, including DBS and Occupational Health screening.
Facilitate placement with NHS organisations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

  • Explicit Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) – Transferring data from NHS Emeritus to our system and sharing pre-screening data with NHS organisations when a placement is agreed.
